Systemic Psychotherapist
in Training under Supervision

Hello and welcome!

As a British systemic psychotherapist in training under supervision (in Ausbildung unter Supervision) who is completing her psychotherapy training in Vienna, I have a deep understanding of the difficulties we can face when living between cultures, worlds, languages, or navigating the challenges of being away from the familiar.

Or even the struggle to let go of previously unquestioned perspectives which are no longer helpful.

I offer psychotherapy to those experiencing difficulties with the following issues:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Addiction
  • Relationship problems
  • Family struggles
  • Questions of identity
  • Crises
  • Difficulties adjusting to new life situations

Although my specialisation is in working with clients who would prefer to do psychotherapy in English, I also speak fluent German (CEFR level C2) and Russian (CEFR level B2) and I would be happy to work with you in either of those languages. My approach is rooted in respect, empathy, and collaboration. My role as your therapist is to help you to envision your preferred future and take action to make that vision a lived reality. We will work together to discover new perspectives and understandings, and to reinforce your strengths and resources in order to navigate and confront difficult life situations and crises. It is important to me personally to work on an eye-to-eye level as much of my therapeutic approach is about actively listening to you and giving you the space to open up and to feel seen, heard and understood.

I offer individual, family and couples therapy.

Sessions are available both in-person in my private practice and online.

I look forward to meeting you, hearing your story and supporting you with any and every topic you decide to bring.
